Our family’s journey with Kathy started years ago when my Mum and Dad needed to make a move to assisted living. Unfortunately, they refused to make decisions for several years until finally life made the decisions for them. Kathy listened to them describe their needs and concerns, provided excellent advice, customized recommendations and was always available to answer a question.
She stayed in touch with me over the years and when my Mum needed to move to assisted living, Kathy was on the spot with arranging every element of the move. (At this point, my Dad had already passed.) Kathy set up my Mum’s new home beautifully and was there to welcome her to her new home. Kathy also handled the sale of my mother’s condo – super prepared, knowledgeable, impeccable contacts to handle all deferred maintenance and prep work for a sale.
The sale went through very quickly above asking – at a point when the real estate market was starting to cool. She did a great job. Since our family is scattered around the US, my Mum decided she would rather be closer to one of my brothers and me in California. Again, Kathy was invaluable. She handled all aspects of getting my Mum’s goods moved to California and the process was smooth. I can’t say enough good things about Kathy and her team. They are excellent and I have come to value her advice, good sense, big heart and great sense of humor. She is a true Godsend.”
