“From the moment I contacted Lifetime Estate Liquidations and received a prompt response from Kathy Baldridge, with the information that I had requested, I knew that I was dealing with a professional and knowledgeable company.

My first meeting with Kathy confirmed that she had the required expertise and I saw that she had a real passion for helping people. Although we had a relatively short schedule Kathy and her assistant Diane were able to pull together my estate sale quickly, turn my house into a temporary “store-front” and ensure that appropriate advertising and notices for the sale were in place.

02/03/2015 – Helped me sell a home

“Kathy helped me sell my home and buy a smaller one after losing my husband. Being alone I didn’t have the ability to do some of the things that needed to be done to get the house sold. i.e. painting. Kathy actually helped me paint over the dark colors to make the house neutral with me. She also ran an estate sale so I could downsize enough to move into a smaller home. She is an exceptional agent, person, and committed to her clients”

“To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this to attest to the fantastic services offered by Kathy & Anita and their company Lifetime Liquidations. I am a Navy wife and a stay at home mother. I have an active 3yr. old and I was in an awkward position of trying to handle my aunt’s estate and a family from a long distance.

My Aunt passed away suddenly and unexpectedly without any instructions on how to handle her affairs. My aunt lived in the same home for 30 yrs and enjoyed her shopping trips very much. SHE KEPT EVERYTHING!!

The state of her home and the sheer amount of work it would take to remove everything was just too overwhelming. My brother and I spent a panicked week trying to sort papers, haul trash to the dump, and to find charitable organizations to make donations without any luck.
