“With Kathy’s help my home sold within 48 hours”
“Kathy was a great help to me in selling my home in Milford, NH in October of 2019. She came to my home and walked me through each step of the process. The process was very scary at times but Kathy was there to hold my hand and guide me through.
With Kathy’s help my home sold within 48 hours of the For Sale sign going up. Kathy was friendly, kind and professional. She knew who to call when my house needed painting, when I needed some attic repair and when I needed someone to clear out leftovers from a garage sale. All though I did not use her services as an Estate Liquidator, she was very helpful with tips for my garage sale. I now consider Kathy a friend as well as my Real Estate agent and I highly recommend her.”
