June 15, 2018 Kathy Baldridge Keller Williams Realty Lifetime Estate Liquidations
“Dear Kathy:
From the moment we met you, we knew you were the right person to help! We wanted to sell our home and downsize our belongings. Your personality was professional, engaging and very pleasant. We appreciated the time you took to explain the entire process for selling our home. You were always available to answer our questions and ease our concerns. You worked tirelessly to protect our best interests. Your commitment to us was unfailing and dependable. Your expertise in estate liquidation relieved us of the burden to sell our furnishings. The staging of the house and pricing each item was instrumental in ensuring such a successful outcome. (Thanks also to Jenna.) Thank you for everything you did us. For anyone looking to sell their home and/or downsizing, we highly recommend Kathy!
