I wish to express my appreciation for your advice, understanding and for the professional execution of my recent estate sale.
Following the death of my wife last summer I had decided to sell our house in Cobb County, GA, dispose of most of our household items and then move to an apartment in North Carolina. During my first interview with you, it was apparent that through your experience with many other people in circumstances similar to my own, you understood the most practical and emotionally less stressful way to proceed.
After listing the house for sale, and with a great amount of trust in your integrity, I decided to follow your advice to move next and leave the disposition of everything remaining in the house to you.
Using the services of a reliable and thoughtful moving company which you had so kindly recommended, my things to keep were safely moved into my apartment in North Carolina where I began settling in while you took care of cleaning up after the move-out, sorting, pricing and displaying all the things left in the house in preparation for the 3-day estate sale on the second weekend after my move.
The sale must have been well advertised, since my old neighbors reported a great deal of traffic and activity during the three days. Financially, I realized all that I had expected out of the sale, but I realized more than expected in all of the associated services and in being kept apprized of the day-to-day progress and the final detailed reporting and settlement.
