“Kathy helped me sell my home and buy a smaller one after losing my husband. Being alone I didn’t have the ability to do some of the things that needed to be done to get the house sold. i.e. painting. Kathy actually helped me paint over the dark colors to make the house neutral with me. She also ran an estate sale so I could downsize enough to move into a smaller home.
