To whom it may concern,
This is a letter of appreciation for Kathy Baldridge. during this year 2023, my wife and I had to move twice, including selling our house for the first move.
Kathy did everything for us: selling the house, downsizing, finding and leasing a storage unit for some of our stuff that we wanted to keep, setting up the
movers to transport our stuff, and placing it into our new apartment.
2023 turned out to be a really bad year! At the beginning of the year, we were living in our home in Franklin, NH. Bev has some debilitating illnesses, and I am
her primary caretaker. During 2022 and into 2023 we had decided that we would sooner or later have to move to an assisted living facility. We settled on a
facility in Bedford, NH, Bentley Commons. In March, Kathy and her people helped us with everything: selling our home, downsizing, disposing of unneeded stuff, and the
moving process itself both out of our home into our new living facility. The move itself was difficult for us as it was a major change in our lives. The move itself was to
in late March went smoothly.
About four months later two things happened at almost the same time. We closed on the sale of our house in late June. The next day, the assisted living facility in which
we were living announced they were closing the facility, and everyone had to be out by the end of August. So, I rehired Kathy and we went through the process all over again.
This second move was even more traumatic for my wife and I, as we had just begun to settle in. Kathy and her people again did a truly outstanding job of doing everything.
We would not have gotten through the year without her!
I strongly recommend Kathy Baldridge! She did a wonderful job for us!
